FAQs

Clear answers about building and running an independent ADR practice.

Start here for a direct explanation of what CRS is, what we handle, and how we support professionals who want to own the practice they are building.

What does Complete Resolution Support do?

CRS is the operational partner behind independent ADR practices. We handle intake, scheduling, case management, documents, communications, billing support, post-session follow-up, practice launch, and ongoing practice operations.

Who does CRS support?

CRS supports independent mediators, arbitrators, retired judges, multi-neutral practices, and established ADR practices that need additional capacity.

Is CRS a virtual assistant service?

No. CRS is not a general virtual assistant company or staffing service. We provide ADR-specific practice operations and take responsibility for defined parts of the matter and practice lifecycle.

Is CRS software?

No. CRS is a people-led service. Our technology provides visibility, organization, and consistency, but the CRS team performs the operational work.

Does CRS replace a mediation house?

CRS does not function as a mediation house and does not position every neutral under a shared panel brand. We support professionals who want to operate independently under their own name, relationships, and fee structure.

Can CRS help me build an independent mediation practice?

Yes. CRS can help establish the forms, workflows, intake, scheduling, communications, billing support, client experience, and ongoing operations needed to launch and run an independent practice.

Can I keep my own brand and client relationships?

Yes. Your practice remains yours. CRS works behind your brand as an extension of your office while you retain control of your professional identity and client relationships.

What parts of a matter can CRS handle?

Depending on the engagement, CRS can support intake, conflict-review coordination, scheduling, document requests, matter communications, deadline tracking, billing support, payment follow-up, and post-session follow-through.

Does CRS work with retired judges?

Yes. CRS supports retired judges who are launching or growing private mediation and arbitration practices and want operational infrastructure already in place.

Does CRS support existing practices as well as new practices?

Yes. CRS can support a new practice from launch or provide ongoing and overflow capacity to an established practice.

How does pricing work?

CRS pricing depends on the scope and structure of the engagement. A consultation helps determine which responsibilities CRS should handle and the pricing that fits that work.
